Gérard Boulanger was born in Québec city in 1953. Graduate in industrial drawing in 1972, he works in that sector until 1984. Since then, he devotes all of his time to the painting and the teaching of this one at his school, l’atelier Gérard Boulanger.

Gérard’s paintings are the reflection of landscapes which animates is creation where the built medium merges with nature and the life of everyday. We regularly find him in the picturesque corners of Québec transferring onto the canvas the landscapes according to his sensitivity to nature and his personal interpretation.

His paintings are available in galleries permanently in the area of Québec, Estrie, Montréal, in the west of Canada and in France.
